Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Management in full spectrum of secretarial works
- Manage Senior Manager’s calendar, coordinate and scheduling for internal and external meetings and appointment.
- Arrange travel arrangements and accommodation
- Taking Minutes of Meeting.
- Negotiate with vendor for best value deal
- Planning and organising events
- Handling calls and correspondences
- Basic book-keeping, maintain cash book
- Filing of documents
- Perform any administrative works as per assigned
- Execute with all insurance related-matters
Requirement
- Min 2 yrs experience
- Able to liaise with both English & Mandarin customer
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized and can manage several projects simultaneously
- Efficient time management
